Spa & Self-Compassion Retreat

Join us on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 for a 3-hour retreat combining the benefits of sauna and cold plunge cycles (known as contrast therapy) with education and reflection on self-compassion with DJ. Hosted by Rejuuvn Contrast Therapy Retreat in Reno, NV, attendees will participate in journaling, discussion, and silent reflection focused on healing the relationship with oneself.
